Returns or Exchanges:

1. No refunds or returns on special orders.
2. No refund just store credit only or exchange.
3. Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 7 Calendar days from receipt of merchandise.
4. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in it\\\'s original saleable packaging, All packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions and hardware MUST also be returned. Your Invoice and/or Packing Slip must also be returned.
5. All returns must be sent Prepaid - no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned parts for it\\\'s full value to protect yourself against loss with the carrier. We strongly recommend using UPS. If you send something Freight Collect to Wired Electronics, it will be refused by the Receiving Department. If we did not refuse at the time of delivery, your credit card will be charge for the shipping charges based on which carrier and which service utilized.
6. No return or exchange on Wheels and Tires that were shipped mounted and balanced.
7. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, or painted.
8. All Returns are subject to a 25% Re-stocking fee.
9. No refund on Shipping charges.
10. All return products must have a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION # (RMA#) issued by Wired Electronics. Returns will be refused without an RMA number.(RMA only valid for 30 days fron date issued

Warranty

1. All new merchandise sold are only subject to manufacturer\\\'s warranty and conditions.

Shipping

1. Shipping is usually done within 24-48hrs of the order being recieved. in cases where an item is out of stock, on back order or on special order, Wired Electronics will notify the customer via email with an approximate ETA.
2. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, order please call us or email us for quote on shipping and handling. There is no Ground Service.
3. For International order please call us or email us for quote on shipping and handling.
4. No order process on weekends and holidays unless stated.

Clearance Items

1. Clearance item are final sale.

1. We accept paypal on online purchases
2. All orders placed with Wired Electronics, either by phone, fax, mail or online constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on Wired Electronics
3. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. For all Credit Card orders -
   1. WE ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD.
   2. A CLEAR COPY OF A DRIVERS LICENSE, FRONT AND BACK. (BY EMAIL)
   3. A COPY OF THE CREDIT CARD.  (BY EMAIL)
   4. A SIGN NOTE THAT YOU AGREE ON THE TERMS AND THIS IS YOUR OWN CARD NO ONE ELSE. (BY EMAIL)
   5. CREDIT CARD AND DRIVERS LICENSE MUST MATCH INFO.
   6. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
4. Cashiers check and Money orders can also be accepted as a form of payment.

Pricing

1. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price change, Wired Electronics will notify you and obtain your approval before processing or cancelling your order.
2. All NJ sales will be charge NJ Taxes.
